The Nordic Neuroscience Conference was held for the first time in Trondheim from 10th to 12th of June this year. This conference was hosted by the Nobel prize winners Edvard and May-Britt Moser and Kavli Institute for Systems Neuroscience, NTNU.

The Norwegian Research Council has issued call for proposals for the BIA programme. The BIA programme seeks to provide funding for research-based innovation projects and ecomonic development in areas where Norway has excellent research but lack commercialization.

The Nansen Neuroscience Network General Assembly will be held in Oslo Science Park, June 15th 2015 15:00-16:30.

We are proud to announce that Nansen Neuroscience Network (NNN) has signed a collaboration agreement with Florida Atlantic University (FAU) that aims to strengthen the neuroscience network across the borders. 

A study investigating the effects of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants in patients with Alzheimers Disease (AD), minor cognitive impairment (MCI) and pre-MCI have recently been published in the FASEB Journal. These patients received daily supplementation of Smartfish drink over a longer period of time.

Oslo Cancer Cluster invites members of Nansen Neuroscience Network to breakfast meeting on 15th of April. This meeting is will be of particular interest to start-ups and biotechs.

Dear member of Nansen Neuroscience Network, You are personally invited to an afternoon strategy workshop in Forskningsparken, Oslo. The purpose of the meeting is to engage you in defining the strategy and the main priorities for Nansen Neuroscience Network in the future.
